How to get there

By Car

Driving takes the best part of 10 hours from Calais (596 miles).

follow signs to Lille, Reims, then Dijon, Lyon, St Exupéry airport, Chambery, Moutiers.


Take Exit 40 at Moutiers, signed to Saint-Martin-de-Belleville.


If you come off early at Exit 39 you can easily visit the Carrefour hypermarket and large Intersport store to stock up for your visit.

The channel tunnel is quickest way to cross the English Channel, of course.  If you don’t like queuing, or the hassle of arriving at the terminal at the right time, try the FlexiPlus upgrade.

How to get there

By Train

 

There are several Eurostar trains each week from LondonSt Pancras during the ski season, all the way to Moutiers via Lille.

St Martin de Belleville is a 30 minute drive from Moutiers.

How to get there

By air
Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble and Chambéry are the main airports.  Be warned that flights into, and out, of Chambéry can be delayed when the weather is poor fog is a common problem.  It’s a two and half hour drive from either Lyon or Geneva and Grenoble and an hour less from Chambery.
