Skiing

Saint Martin is a great place to access the whole of the Three Valleys ski area, the largest in the world.  

From the village you can reach the top of the mountain by taking a cable car followed by a chair lift.

From there you can ski straight into Meribel, over to Les Menuires or back down to St Martin.  Val Thorens can be accessed via Les Menuires. 

The lift from the centre of St Martin is an eight-seat bubble, St Martin 1.  The second lift, St Martin 2 is a six seat chair.

There are a number of good red and blue runs back to St Martin - Jerusalem is the most famous blue and suitable for all ages.

There are a good number of ski schools operating from Saint Martin, they all gather by the bubble lift.

​

There is a ski guarantee ensuring the main pistes are open throughout the season even if snowfall is late or light.

Ski passes can be bought in advance on line or from the ticket office near to the bubble,

​

For beginners, there is a nursery slope with very handy travelator (magic carpet).

For children, there is a sledging slope also with a travelator.
